Where the Platform offers Account registration functionality, the following terms apply to the creation and management of your Account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 77ccb shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
77ccb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account where: (a) a User breaches these Terms; (b) we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity; (c) a User fails to complete required KYC/AML verification; (d) a User is found to have provided materially false information; or (e) continued operation of the Account would expose 77ccb to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests related to responsible gambling concerns — including self-exclusion — will be actioned promptly. 77ccb may from time to time display information about bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms govern the presentation and use of all bonus-related content on the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 77ccb is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
